Deliverables

Complete suite of IT solutions for the business:

  • iOS and Android mobile application for drivers to accept and manage orders

  • Admin panel and CMS with various access levels for all departments - sales, dispatch service, finance, stakeholders and phone customer support

  • Sophisticated backend infrastructure with backups, several server locations for uptime and speed, requests buffer and security measures on all levels - from developers database access to external DDos attacks

Process

UI UX and Product Management from inception to the thriving business. 

  • Close relationships with stakeholders and front employees to collect requirements, improvement opportunities, and alignment with the company's strategy.

  • Constant communication with users to understand their pain points through feedback mechanism - call center or in-app feedback

  • Sales funnel research using mobile app usage analytics and website usage analytics - clicks, time spend, usage stoppage, success or failure operations

  • Extensive user research using UsabilityHub (Lyssna) and UserCrowd on newly developer featured - navigation tests, 5 second test, comprehension test

  • Continuous iteration process of all aspects of project from mobile app, website and Admin panel to the marketing materials.

Results

LiTRO is currently active in more than 40 cities, boasting a user base of 200,000 monthly paying customers and successfully achieved profitability.

The company is now setting its sights on international expansion.
